When will I get paid?
Bamboo processes payouts weekly. Funds typically reach your bank account within 3-5 business days of processing, depending on your bank.
What period does my payout cover?
Each weekly payout covers orders fulfilled during the payout period two weeks prior. This gives Bamboo time to reconcile all orders, verify delivery platform data, and process payments accurately.
Will I be notified about an upcoming payout?
You will receive an email notification at the beginning of the week when a payout is being processed for your account. The notification will include the payout amount and the order period it covers.
Can I get paid more frequently than weekly?
Bamboo's payout cycle is weekly — that's the earliest orders can be reconciled across the delivery platforms and paid out.
Do I get paid for every completed order?
Yes. Every order completed through the Bamboo app is included in your payout. Cancelled orders are not.
My payout is late — what do I do?
If it's been more than 5 business days since a payout was due and it still hasn't arrived, see Missing or incorrect payments — message us in chat or email support and we'll look into it right away.
