Step 1 — Tell us about your restaurant

Go to get.bambookitchens.io and share your name, email, restaurant name, and address. This should be the address of the kitchen that will actually fulfill your Bamboo orders — where delivery drivers pick up — even if you run a ghost or dark kitchen with no public-facing storefront.

Step 2 — Choose your brands

Browse Bamboo's full brand portfolio and select the ones you'd like to fulfill. Consider ingredient overlap with what you already stock, your kitchen's strengths, and which dayparts you want to cover. Most operators start with 2–4 brands and add more later.

Step 3 — Review the menu for each brand

For each brand you selected, you'll review its full menu and select the items your kitchen can fulfill. You need to confirm at least 10 mains and sides per brand — drinks, sauces, and add-ons don't count toward that minimum. A "Select all" option is available if you're confident you can fulfill the whole menu.

Step 4 — Add your location details

Next, add the details for your location: your phone number and business type, your hours of operation for each day, any team members who'll need access to the Bamboo app, notes for delivery drivers, and your printer setup. Bamboo ships you a tablet and a printer, both free, as separate shipments. Step 5 — Review and submit

Review your details, confirm you agree to Bamboo's Brand Standards, and let us know how you'd like to hear from us. Once you submit, your application goes straight to our team — this kicks off your onboarding.

Step 6 — Confirmation

Our team reviews every application within 1–2 business days. Once approved, you'll get a welcome email — that's where you'll schedule your kickoff call and see what's next.

Most kitchens go live within two to three weeks of applying. The exact go-live date is yours to choose and depends on when your kitchen and staff are ready.

Signing up and onboarding are free, and all hardware is covered — the tablet and printer ship at no cost. You get paid for every order you fulfill: the delivery platforms' payouts for your orders come to you, and Bamboo keeps a small commission on the order.
