How the brand system works

Understanding your Bamboo brands

Bamboo operates a portfolio of delivery-first QSR brands, each designed for consistency, quality, and delivery performance. Each brand is a distinct delivery concept with its own menu, identity, and customer base on the delivery platforms.

How brands appear as separate storefronts

Each brand you fulfill appears as a separate storefront on DoorDash, Uber Eats, and Grubhub. Customers see and order from a Bamboo brand — your restaurant's name isn't displayed, though your kitchen's address is visible as the fulfilling location for delivery. All orders from all your active brands flow through the single Bamboo app on your tablet.

How orders flow through the Bamboo app

When a customer places an order on any of the three platforms, it routes through Bamboo's system and appears in the Live Orders section of the Bamboo app on your tablet. The delivery platform accounts are owned and managed by Bamboo - you do not have login access to DoorDash, Uber Eats, or Grubhub directly. Everything comes through the single Bamboo app.

Central menu management and what partners can control

Bamboo manages all menu content centrally - pricing, item descriptions, photos, and availability across the delivery platforms. This keeps every storefront consistent across all partner locations.

What you can control yourself:

  • Pause individual items when they are temporarily unavailable - directly in the Bamboo app, without contacting our team.

  • Resume paused items when they become available again.

  • Update your business hours directly in the app.

If you need a permanent menu change - an item removed, an ingredient substituted, or another update - contact our team and we will handle it.
