You choose your brands

During your application at get.bambookitchens.io, you browse the full portfolio and select the brands that fit your kitchen, your team's skills, and your existing ingredient purchasing. You are not assigned brands - you choose the ones that make sense for your operation.

Every brand comes with a full Brand Operating Manual and per-item build cards, so your team has clear prep, portioning, and packaging guidance for anything you choose to fulfill.

How to choose the right brands

  • Look for ingredient overlap - brands that use ingredients you already stock are the easiest to add with minimal new purchasing.

  • Consider your kitchen's strengths - if you already make great burgers, Bam! Burger is a natural fit. If you have Asian cuisine expertise, Baobol may suit you better.

  • Think about dayparts - Egg Smash covers morning hours when other brands may not be active. Hot Nosh is designed for late-night service. Running brands across different dayparts maximizes your earning potential throughout the day.

  • Start with 2-4 brands - most partners start with a few brands and add more once they are comfortable with fulfillment. You can add brands at any time.

Can I add more brands after I start?

Yes. Once you are live and comfortable with your initial brands, you can add more at any time. Most partners start with 2-4 brands and expand from there as they get comfortable with fulfillment. The right number ultimately depends on your kitchen's capacity and your team's ability to maintain quality across all active brands.
