There's no cost to join. There are no onboarding fees, no hardware costs, and no recurring software charges.
Are there ongoing fees?
No monthly fees, subscription costs, royalties, or software charges of any kind.
How does Bamboo earn money?
Bamboo earns a commission on your orders — we only make money when you do.
What equipment do I need?
Bamboo ships you a tablet and a printer, both at no charge, as separate shipments — the tablet arrives pre-configured and ready to use. If you'd rather use your own printer, you can connect it instead as long as it's a supported model. Branded packaging labels are provided free.
Is there a contract?
There's no long-term contract. You can pause or stop your partnership at any time. If you leave, the only requirement is returning your tablet and printer.
What happens to my equipment if I leave?
If you ever decide to leave, you just return the tablet and printer — we send a prepaid label and instructions.
